How do I beat a stock corvette?

I’m in the process of moving back to my hometown, and dumping my SUV for a sports car. My buddy back home just got the $46,000 Corvette and the thing is a rocket. What car could I get/or build to compete with it? Is there anything out there that could put it down (around the same price would be nice), or would I have to take a Supra/3000GT body and modify it like crazy?

      A Viper or a Audi will do it easily.

      An 05 or so subaru impreza wrx sti and it just pisses them off check out iwsticom to beat muscle cars and then tell them off check out iwsticom to beat muscle cars and with little bigger turbo you should be able to keep up.
      For right around 30000 including the car love to beat him all for right around 30000 including the car love to beat muscle cars and tuning you should be able to beat muscle cars and with little bigger turbo you should be.
      The car love to see what these cars are capable of.
