Is there any major differences between a 1990 and a 1989 corvette? How much more will a convertible appreciate

      There is no major differences in the two. ‘88 was the last year of the 4+3 transmission and the LT1 didn’t come out until ‘92. The convertible will probably hold it’s value better than the coupe, but I doubt that either will appreciate. The ‘84-’91 models are not really considered that collectible, with the exception of the ZR-1.
