   what is 16-23 mean/what age are you/when will you get the car/chances are 78% at those groupings/higher at 16/better give your insurance company a call you may be better off selling it

   Ehhh, I’m not sure that’s a good idea. For starters, your insurance will be THROUGH THE ROOF. And I’m not calling you a bad driver, but I know from experience, a young driver will want to show off. I know I did, I still do sometimes. That’s a lot of power for a new driver as well, maybe too much. If you do get this car, be careful! Be cautious, drive it easy. There’s lots of people who’d kill to be handed the keys to a Vette, you’re lucky if you get it. But be careful!
